Featured Maps: Albatross Haiti Relief Mission (4 February 2010)

The Albatross Haiti Relief Mission used the Great Circle Mapper to sketch out refueling options, the featured map two weeks ago. The first two missions were a success and the team used the Great Circle Mapper again to chart their flying, using a different color for each day:

Click on the map to see the details including estimated flying times at the 140 knot cruising speed of the Albatross. The team's web site (http://haiti.seaplaneops.com/) tells the full story and will track additional missions as they are flown.
