Featured Maps: Ryanair 4-Hour Sit-In (19 November 2010)

Ryanair, no stranger to passenger complaints, made the headlines again on Tuesday when over 100 passengers refused to get off flight FR 5222 from Fez, Morocco to Beauvais, France (near Paris). The flight had departed Morocco three hours late and was then diverted to Liège, Belgium, with no warning to the passengers, when the intended destination closed due to fog. After four hours with no lights, water, or access to the locked lavatories (but an open cockpit door), the passengers finally departed the aircraft.
